Okay....I admit I have been away for awhile

Wow! Who knew that beading could be so addicting! I haven't even gone to the library in 4 weeks. My time is planned around how quickly I can get my tasks done so that I can get to the torch. These are some of my firsts. Had a problem with soot clouding my colors so today I learned how to take apart my hothead and clean it. Voila! No more soot in my colors. I even attempted my first star shape which I passed on to my daughter. She had the camera at work so I couldn't post one yet.

I got excited and interested in the process of bead making because I use them on my necklaces that I crochet.
